Aim of the event

There are two reasons why we host this event, the core of the event is to raise the profile and money for Blackpool district's campsite Mowbreck. The first beer festival was to celebrate the hard work people had done to get the campsite back open again, and through the festival the site has been used more and progressed at a stunning pace to the site we have today. The second reason is to bring Scouters together to meet under a nonpressure enviroment and so to get to know each other better. This event is ran by Scouters for Scouters, its not Glastonbury or Leeds its a Scout event for Scouters! So please treat the event as such, respect the Scout law and use the bar when its open! We live by the Scout Law so please come with this in your heart

With their second set of the night Wrack and Ruin are going to get the festival ending on a high with some rock classics!! Get the horns of rock on standby and enjoy the noise.

Sunday Breakfast

Save the hassle of bringing a stove to the festival the Furry Kebab Diner will be back open serving up the perfect hangover cure with bacon, egg butties on offer, with of course lashings of hot coffee and tea to wash it all down - again all at base prices ensuring that the event leaves you with some money to get home!

Tickets

Tickets go on sale very shortly and this year you will get a wristband (just something else to remember us by). This year there are only 300 tickets, so make sure you get your money down soon else you may just miss out :(

Car Parking

This year we have LOADS of off road parking - 26 acres of it to be honest, all within 100m of the campsite too! So please do not park on the road, you will have further to walk. This is the main reason why the festival is a little bit later this year so we could secure off road parking and remove all the issues with car tampering that was seen by people last year. We take no responsibility for cars parked but at least this time they are out of the way, and only 100m from the campsite gates! Final note on this, you will be parking on a farmers field, so please dont come in your low profile car and rip your exhaust off, think on!
