Kit List

It is most likely that your child will be out in the great outdoors at some time.

So that you know what they may need for each expedition we have tried to put a few suggestions together below. If you require detailed information or have a specific enquiry about a piece of kit then please get in touch with a leader

BIG TIP: Where possible please mark things with your name, it really helps when things get lost!

Activity clothing

Some of the items listed below are also included in the general kit list, but are included here for completeness.

Note: If you’re doing a “WET” activity and a “DRY” activity you will need TWO sets of activity gear. One will be left on the van in a poly bag.

All specialist items of equipment will be provided, but if you have your own there’s no problem if you bring it. Transport for mountain bikes / canoes may be a problem though.

For safety reasons, if people do not have the correct activity equipment – they may be prevented from doing that activity!
